We're building Phoenix Red Diamond in three phases. Here's the plan, so partners, coaches, and clients know what's coming.
Phase 1Foundation
- Connect coaching students with clients looking for low-cost coaching
- Consulting services to help coaches grow their skills
- Assessment tools and forms, organized in a catalog by category
- Reporting: individual progress and tracking toward the 50 required sessions
- Privacy-first, HIPAA-ready client platform
- Outreach to coach training programs, and free coaching for the public
Phase 2Deeper connection
- Journal and blog
- Links from lessons and posts to forms and resources
- SMART goal setting and goal tracking
- Goals connected to journal entries
- Counselor connect
- Inbox and secure messaging
Phase 3Wider circle of care
- Partnerships with mental health providers
- Custom forms for each provider office
